RE-DRAW FROM BUILDERS TECHNICAL PLANS
We have all seen the type of plans that Architects and builders use. They are full of technical information specifically for the building process.
To expect buyers to be able to decipher these drawings is probably not a good idea, as this type of plan may be a bit of a put-off to the less technically minded.
This aspect of my service can re-draw floor plans using the information contained in these building plans to come up with a simplified, easy to understand floorplan that anyone can understand!

And the cost is very reasonable too! As a guide, to re-draw a property similar to the above example would be a low $120.
So how does it work?
Quite easily!
All it takes is for you to email me a copy of the plans you have.
If the plans are on paper, the easiest way to get them into the computer is to take a digital photo of them.
I will have a preliminary look at them, and if all is clear and easily understood, I will let you know the actual cost to re-draw, with no obligation.
If you give me the go-ahead, I will proceed to re-draw the floorplan to your requirements. When completed, I will email you a draft version for your approval.
Turnaround time is generally 48 hours or less.
When full payment has been received, the final plan will be emailed to you for you to use in your marketing.
And although I am in Cairns, QLD, it doesn't matter where you are - local, interstate or overseas - as this service can be conducted entirely by email.
