Easy! I will make a short pre-arranged visit to the property to measure and draw a freehand sketch.
I then take this away and use the information to re-create the floor plan in a CAD program.
The finished floor plan can be either emailed directly to you or delivered on cd-rom.
This jpeg file (or any other format you prefer) can then be printed on to a brochure, uploaded to any website, including realestate.com.au, emailed or faxed as part of your marketing plan, just like any other digital image.
Turnaround time is generally 48 hours or less.

   How much does it cost?

Cost of this service is quoted on an individual basis depending on the complexity of the property.
As a guide, the majority of properties within 15km of Cairns CBD would be in the $110 to $170 range, from basic apartments up to large family homes.

    Who pays?

Normally, whoever requests the floor plan would receive the invoice and be responsible for making payment.
